Yoga Buffalo

Just came home from a visit to my home town Grande Prairie, Alberta. Had the most amazing time visiting my family there. While checking out my Uncle Rick's Bison I couldn't help but notice the bull had quite the bendy spine :)

Almost Home

I'll be teaching tomorrow, back from my two week cross Canada trip.
